Returns:

We accept returns within 15 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized items, and gift cards, may not be eligible for return. Please contact customer service for further clarification.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 8-10 Days

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

How to Initiate a Return:

Please provide your order number, details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Damaged or Defective Items:

Final Sale Items:

Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

No Show Case:

Items Will not be refund or returned if your address is wrong due to your mistake and will not refund and returned if there is no show or no attendance available to receive the items after 2 attempts. In this case we will inform you to pick your order from nearby Post office. And will not be refunded or returned if you fail to collect your package.

Changes to Policy:

Sonic Mart reserves the right to update or modify this returns and refund policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
